We are a charity operating three busy pre-schools within Aldershot Garrison, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support high-quality early years provision across our settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional ready to lead, mentor, and drive improvement.

As Operations Manager, you will:

Support, mentor and oversee the pre-school management team Lead, develop, and manage your own team of staff across the organisation Ensure high standards of care and education are embedded and maintained in every setting Oversee EYFS implementation and ensure all settings remain Ofsted-ready Lead on quality assurance, monitoring and continuous improvement. Support with staffing, development, training and operational planning. Identify and support opportunities to grow and strengthen the business
Report directly to the Chief Executive, contributing to strategic planning
Uphold the charity's values and commitment to supporting families within the Garrison community.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have a minimum of 5 years management experience in early years/pre-school settings Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements Confident leader with proven staff management and mentoring skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive early education
What We Offer:

25 hours per week (between 9.30am-2.30pm, office-based) Competitive Salary
30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
