What You Will Do
Lead IT Logistics Operations to meet KPIs and SLAs
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, break/fix, inventory, and e-waste
Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships
Monitor systems and work queues
Share best practices and manage team performance
Handle hiring, training, development, and scheduling
Implement safety protocols and manage client SLAs
Attend client meetings and report performance data
Supervise service areas and guide service leads
Support additional projects as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years in IT Logistics management
Experience with Lean methodologies and international service management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, ServiceNow, Jira, Tableau
Preferred: Vendor management experience, relevant degree, Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications
