We're looking for a capable, calm and organised

Operations Manager

to join our busy bespoke jewellery consultancy - and help us bring structure to the magic.

Petra Jewellery is not your average shop. We're a high-end

design and manufacturing studio

creating deeply meaningful pieces that celebrate love, life and legacy. With growing demand across the UK, we've created this new role to support our next phase of development.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our General Manager (who leads on people and sales), you'll be responsible for:

Embedding and managing our new

CRM and internal systems

Coordinating job flow, production scheduling and stock control Tracking

margins

, workflows and operational performance Overseeing marketing activity (campaign timelines, SEO, reporting) Managing suppliers, creative partners and key external consultants Looking after IT, documentation, planning and business assets Ensuring smooth internal communication and delivery rhythms

What You'll Bring

Experience in

operations, project or business management

Strong digital skills (CRMs, spreadsheets, tools like Asana/Slack/Go High Level) A calm, proactive mindset and a love of tidying up the messy stuff*
Ability to link back office operations with front-of-house customer activity
