FGS Pilcher, part of the Heathcote Holdings group, provides bespoke land drainage, earthworks, groundworks, construction and environmental habitat management services.

Due to a continuing strong workload FGS Pilcher are seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager.

Applicants should have:

Experience in groundwork/civils sectors (agricultural knowledge would be an advantage). An ability to manage work force teams on multiple sites. Good organisational skills to arrange plant and materials. Excellent communication skills and be customer focused.

Based at our Little Oak Farm offices in Bethersden you will cover sites across Kent and East Sussex . A package is on offer to include a commercial vehicle, pension and healthcare.
