We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our organisational processes. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities



Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee daily business activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource utilisation to meet organisational objectives. Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high standards of performance and service delivery. Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain effective relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Skills



Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive change initiatives. Knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Proficiency in organisational software such as MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is advantageous. A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
