The Opportunity




This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the lead on some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. As an

Operations Manager

, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Holcim's aggregates power the build of landmark projects.


You'll be the key link between our business and our customers, coordinating everything from supply chain logistics to commercial delivery. This is your chance to make a tangible impact, managing large-scale operations, building long-term partnerships, and driving success across nationally significant projects.

What You'll Be Doing



Lead the delivery

of aggregate supply to projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and safety.

Build and manage strong customer relationships

with major contractors, developing a reputation for reliability and excellence.

Coordinate across teams

-- from logistics and shipping to quarry operations, you'll ensure a smooth, on-time, and efficient delivery.

Oversee supply chain operations

, managing risks, capacity, and inventory to meet tight project deadlines.

Represent Holcim

at project meetings and stakeholder forums, acting as the face of our aggregates business.

Champion health, safety, and sustainability

, ensuring all work meets Holcim's world-class standards.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in operational management within aggregates, construction materials, or major infrastructure sectors. A strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and commercial management -- ideally with experience in bulk materials or complex delivery networks. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Commercial acumen with experience negotiating large contracts and managing performance to target. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
