Duties

Oversee profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to maximize revenue streams and control costs effectively.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives that enhance operational capabilities.
Continuously evaluate existing processes for improvement opportunities; implement innovative solutions to increase productivity and quality.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that boost sales performance while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards at all times.
Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Experience
Proven management experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departments within a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in strategic planning with demonstrated success in executing long-term growth initiatives.
Extensive supervisory experience with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture.
Solid understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
Experience in business development activities including market analysis, client engagement, and sales growth strategies.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives from inception to completion.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
