We are looking for an
Operations Manager
who can take that vision and make it real. Someone who thrives on high standards, fast growth and leading people.
What you'll do
Lead, coach and develop shop managers and their teams
Drive consistency and quality across all sites - from coffee to customer experience to systems
Solve problems fast and build structure that supports growth
Manage budgets, rota systems and reporting
Work side by side with founders who are deeply involved in the business

Experienced in multi-site hospitality or retail
A leader who blends high expectations with fairness

Calm under pressure, proactive and able to get things done
