Next Spring will see this incredibly beautiful new multi-use hospitality and retail space open it's doors Look after the whole operation from the retail to restaurant Incredible farm to table ethos with produce grown and sourced locally. Work alongside some incredible talent to bring this place to life Retail experience would be great but restaurant experience a must. Day times only to begin with, may progress to evenings but this role unlikely to be effected by that.
This unbelievably exiting project with be so unique when it opens next Spring. This is already an attraction that welcomes guests by the thousands each year. Now it is time to launch the founding family's dream of launching it into a hospitality space like no other.

Your role will be to work alongside the founders and ensure the restaurant, shop and cafe space are opened successfully, recruit and train a passionate team and make sure the locals and visitors from further afield are huge fans from the off. This would suit a GM from a large scale restaurant or an existing Ops Manager from a restaurant group already. They will only open in the day time and so this role will be day time only, except for the odd evening where they may hold evens or open late.

This is dreamy and will be big news in the area. Oh, and it is commutable on the train from London too btw, as it isn't far from Haywards Heath station.
