Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, restaurant, and bar. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth coordination of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, team management, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight



Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and bar, ensuring seamless service across all departments. Monitor service standards, cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all departments are aligned and operating efficiently, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Team Management



Lead, train, and develop staff across all departments, promoting a high-performance culture. Schedule staff and manage rotas to ensure appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak periods. Foster a collaborative and respectful working environment.

Guest Experience



Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction across all areas. Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, complaints, and special requests. Drive service improvement initiatives based on guest reviews and internal evaluations.

Financial & Administrative Duties



Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation (particularly for food and beverages). Support the implementation of promotions, events, and upselling opportunities to boost revenue.

Compliance & Standards



Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, and licensing regulations. Oversee food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in line with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in an operational management role within a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Deep understanding of guest service standards and hospitality best practices. Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations and hotel front-of-house systems. Proficiency in POS systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety certifications are an advantage. Knowledge of budget management and P&L reporting.
