Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Education, located in the UK. This pivotal role will enhance our mission of delivering high-quality sports and physical activities to primary schools, ensuring operational excellence across our extensive network.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery across all programs. Collaborate with coaches and schools to enhance service offerings. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with stakeholders to align operations with company goals. Delivery of high quality PE sessions

Qualifications

min level 2 sports qualification Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of the education or sports industry is preferred. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
