The role
------------
We're looking for talented and motivated people to join our operations function as
Operations Managers
(internally called
Senior Operations Analysts
). Our operations teams cover areas such as Payments, Transfers, Trading, Asset Servicing, and Relationship Management.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in making sure our processes run smoothly, solving problems as they arise, and driving improvements that help us scale. You might specialise in one team or get exposure across multiple areas, depending on business need.
On a typical day you will be...
---------------------------------
Monitoring and managing key operational processes such as payments, transfers, trades, or asset servicing tasks
Investigating issues, resolving exceptions, and escalating where needed
Supporting stakeholders internally and externally with operational queries and escalations
Producing reports, metrics, and dashboards to track performance
Spotting opportunities to improve workflows, reduce risk, and increase efficiency
Collaborating with colleagues across Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance to deliver improvements and new initiatives
Sharing knowledge, mentoring more junior analysts, and helping shape best practices
This role's for you if...
-----------------------------

You thrive in a fast-moving, changeable environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge
You enjoy problem-solving and aren't afraid to get stuck into the detail to find a solution
You're curious, proactive, and motivated by improving how things are done
This role isn't for you if...
---------------------------------
You rely on a lot of top-down direction.
Here, you'll have a lot of freedom and ownership of your role, and you'll be expected to shape your own progression

Our speed and scalability are what set us apart; you need to be able to act quickly and think on your feet
You struggle to follow through on ideas.
We value people who do what they say they will. If you care about something, you have the freedom here to make it happen
You don't like change
