As?the
Operations Manager EMEA
, you will lead the implementation and daily operations of our language training programmes across Europe, mainly in the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. You'll manage a diverse team, ensure contract compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and trainers.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with B2B and B2G client stakeholders and report on course progress, investment, and feedback
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, meet delivery timelines and KPIs
Oversee the delivery of language training across European sites
Manage and support teaching and administrative teams to ensure value-for-money and high-quality training delivery
Drive process improvements and support quality assurance
Handle new training enquiries and support business growth
Key Skills and Experience
University degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years' experience in project or relationship management, ideally in L&D education or training at a senior level
Experience managing contract commercials
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to work alongside external and internal constituents to deliver results
Background in language training or management (highly preferred)
Proficiency in English and French (C1 CEFR level)
Comfortable with technology

This is a full-time hybrid role working from Monday to Friday. Occasional travel to client locations, mostly in Europe and the UK.
