We're growing and seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead our event support operations, combining office-based planning with on-the-ground event supervision.
Why This Role Matters
As Operations Manager, you'll be pivotal to our events' success. You'll divide your time between:
Office-based responsibilities:
staffing logistics, vehicle and equipment management and auditing, event planning, traffic management planning and supplier liaison.
On-site responsibilities:
supervising events, managing teams on the ground, staff welfare and ensuring seamless event delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
Support the planning and coordinating staffing schedules for multiple events.
Oversee logistics including vehicles, equipment, and on-site resources.
Conduct regular equipment audits and vehicle maintenance.
Work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
Supervise event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring health, safety, and operational standards.
Support continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues in real-time and make quick, effective decisions.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in event operations, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Possess strong leadership skills and can motivate teams both in the office and on-site.
Are proactive, solutions-focused, and confident making decisions under pressure.
Hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable travelling to events across the UK.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to work both in an office environment and out of the grounds.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum.
Hybrid work: half in the office, half on-site at events.
