Here's the Deal:
We're looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to run the daily operations of our client's food manufacturing facility. You'll oversee production, warehousing, and logistics, while ensuring every product that leaves site is safe, compliant, and top quality.
This isn't a "sit behind the desk" kind of role. You'll be working closely with the factory floor manager, leading cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the CEO and Finance Director, and making the kind of impact you can point to with pride.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

• Leading daily operations and making sure the factory runs like clockwork.
• Driving improvements in food safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Keeping us always audit-ready - and stepping in for the Technical Manager when needed.
• Working with supply chain and procurement to guarantee materials are always ready.
• Championing food safety, hygiene, allergen control, and HACCP compliance.
• Inspiring teams to raise the bar and deliver excellence every day.

Who We're Looking For
This role is for you if you:
? Have proven experience in food manufacturing operations.
? Know HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety legislation inside-out (Level 3 minimum, Level 4 a bonus).
? Are detail-obsessed, analytical, and love solving problems fast.
