They are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Lancashire. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that combines innovation and purpose and the chance to play a key role in delivering products that truly makes a difference.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operation of a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing facility Oversight of teams including Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning and Maintenance Monitor and implement KPI's to measure and monitor performance and continues improvement Drive lean manufacturing and efficiencies through Six Sigma and lean ideology Liaise with other functions such as procurement Set strategies and goals for operational improvements e.g. improve and increase manufacturing processes and efficiencies

Your Background:

Background in a Senior Operational role, ideally 5 years + Must have come from a background of Manufacturing - ideally within Medical/Healthcare Previously have been involved with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good distribution practice (GDP) Proven background in improving operational and manufacturing efficiencies
