Operations Manager at Scottish Saunas

Scottish Saunas is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated

Operations Manager

to help us take the business ton the next level!

We supply and install high-quality saunas and cold plunge pools across Scotland. As demand continues to soar, we need someone organised, hands-on, and driven to ensure everything runs smoothly -- from order to installation.

The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the business -- ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that installations are delivered on time and to our high standards. You'll work closely with the director, sales team, suppliers, and installers to coordinate logistics and keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations from sales handover to completed installation Oversee logistics, delivery schedules, and installer coordination Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely stock and materials Support customer communication and updates throughout their journey Assist on sauna installation as and when required Implement systems and processes to streamline operations Track project progress and report on performance Handle admin tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and documentation

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability Experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination (construction or home improvement background ideal) Confident using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and CRM systems A proactive, hands-on attitude with an eye for detail Full UK driving licence
