As an

Operations Support

manager you will oversee and support the daily operations of our supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex care requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care and support across our services.

Responsibilities



To support the Operational Management of the designated Region/Locality/Registration To promote a high standard of person-centred care, ensuring that we are meeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. To provide direct support to Managers within the region to deliver on SIP working alongside the Regional Operations Directors, Director of Operations and Quality Team To provide temporary relief in the absence of the manager, carrying out the full duties of the post. To carry out specific development projects within the region/across the business, as specified by the Regional & Operations Directors.

Requirements



NVQ Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent Professional qualification either a nurse or allied health discipline (desirable) At least 2 years' experience as a registered CQC manager Strong leadership and team management skills Experience of managing change and quality improvements Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
