Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the surgery. This role is vital in ensuring efficient practice management and supporting our mission to provide excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the GP surgeries, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to optimize workflow. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development initiatives. Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality and compliance. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively. Liaise with external stakeholders including health authorities and training bodies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the practice. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare supervisory role or practice management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Ability to manage budgets and financial planning. Experience with staff training and development. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Preferred: previous experience working within a GP practice or similar healthcare setting.
