We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the organisation. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimise operational performance. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives. Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and implement effective solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and report findings to senior management. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.

Experience

Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a relevant industry. Strong understanding of operational processes, project management, and performance metrics. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to drive decision-making processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in running a busy kitchen ad bar is preferred.
