We're growing by acquisition and we are seeking an experienced ambitious Operations Manager to lead our operational and production functions. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity that offers substantial career development.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget Drive operational performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Oversee customer engagement, quotations, project management, and scheduling Manage supplier relationships and coordinate material sourcing Oversee pre-production activities including artwork preparation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications:

Mandatory skills:-

Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within the signage, graphics, or print industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated expertise in project management, quotation development, scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and delivery. Proven supplier management and negotiation capabilities. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full UK driving licence. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Haverhill, Suffolk premises, working 40 hours per week.
