We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, managing resources effectively, and implementing strategies that drive productivity and quality. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of performance.
Duties
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimise operational performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Analyse performance metrics to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in service delivery.
Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Compliance & Improvement
Undertake registration with CQC as nominated individual meeting the requirements of this role, maintaining a positive relationship and executing full responsibility for this role ensuring all services work operate according top their Statement Of Purpose .
Providing performance & Compliance reports to the Board of Directors in a timely manner.
Finance and Budget Management
Ensure accurate and effective cost planning, determining appropriate budgets for the services and seeking to reduce excessive cost.
Develop Operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
