Operations Manager to oversee the operations day to day delivering high standards throughout the site
Manage and motivate a team of cleaning operatives and support staff
Conduct on site audits and inspections ,addressing issues proactively
Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as the first point oof contact for operational matters
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH and company procedures
Manage budget ,stock and equipment allocation efficiently
Train and support staff to deliver excellence consistent service
Report regularly to Senior Management
About yourself
Previous experience in a management role with in the sector
Strong leadership skills and people management skills
Ability to motivate and diverse
A proactive hands on Manager
