Operations Manager

to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

This is a senior role where you will be central to planning, decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimise daily operational activities across multiple projects. Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex operational tasks with precision. Monitor and analyse performance, turning data into confident, actionable decisions. Support the introduction and smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Work closely with project teams and senior management to ensure delivery excellence. Promote teamwork and accountability across departments. Handle challenging conversations and resolve conflicts professionally. React quickly to changing site or business circumstances, maintaining strong outcomes.

About You

Minimum

5 years' experience

in an operational role, ideally within a

medium-sized company in the construction or related industries

. Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong

analytical skills

and proven ability to make data-driven decisions. Skilled in planning, leadership, and problem-solving. Proficient in IT systems, with a track record of supporting and implementing new technologies. Resilient, adaptable, and confident in managing people and processes.

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

40,000 - 45,000
