We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring a high standard of service within the hotel environment.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that all departments are functioning smoothly and efficiently. Implement and maintain high standards of guest services, addressing any issues or complaints promptly. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members in line with company policies. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to ensure operational goals are met. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and employees. Utilise multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and enhance their experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel operations. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction. Excellent guest services skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. Solid understanding of human resources practices related to recruitment, training, and performance management. Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail to maintain high operational standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
