UBY UK Limited is a monitoring technology company that utilises innovative software and onsite sensor hardware to provide our clients with decision critical information in real-time, allowing their operations to be more efficient, more sustainable and safer. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join in our continuing success in the UK market. Offering solutions that address the structural Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M), environmental, productivity, health, safety, and sustainability challenges faced by construction stakeholders and infrastructure managers.



Experience Required:

You background is in major construction or civil engineering:



Proven experience in instrumentation and monitoring systems, including manual surveying methods.

Strong experience in managing projects, including contract administration, staff management and development and cost control

Ability to work closely with UBY sales team and with clients to provide technical and operational guidance and support

[ You thrive when you have to work on your own initiative as well as working within an existing team

Have a robust approach to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and achieve critical deadlines

Enthusiastic and structured approach to planning with solid problem-solving abilities

Strong leadership abilities along with an emphasis on safety



Job Scope

With a growing client base, comprising main contractors and consultants, your focus is on managing and delivering our full range of structural, geotechnical, environmental and geolocation monitoring solutions.

Taking full responsibility for the successful execution and delivery of key projects to clients

Developing an efficient programme of work and strategy for the project

Managing project staff and establishing a positive team culture within the assigned project

Liaising with clients to ensure effective client-centred communication

Attending client/site meetings

Coordinating with other project managers, managers, and sub-contractors

Ensuring functionality and compliance with company standards
