They are now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the factory, drive efficiency, and lead a dedicated and experienced team.

Lead day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met Oversee production planning and scheduling, managing workload up to 3-6 months ahead while adapting to short-term changes Drive operational performance through process improvement, efficiency, and cost control Manage and support a loyal and skilled production team, fostering development and accountability Liaise directly with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding customer service Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards Monitor KPIs across productivity, profitability, and stock management Work with suppliers to source materials, control costs, and maintain production flow Support business growth by helping to onboard and reassure new clients of Creative Cosmetics' quality and service standards

Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing (ideally cosmetics, FMCG, or similar multi-product environments) Strong commercial and financial awareness -- confident with data, efficiency metrics, and cost analysis Hands-on leader with excellent communication and team development skills Highly organised, with the ability to plan ahead and respond effectively to changing priorities Strong understanding of quality standards, H&S compliance, and production workflows Customer-focused approach, with experience liaising directly with clients and suppliers A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the confidence to make impactful operational decisions
