We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Operations Manager at Sizewell C (SZC).



The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of operational services across Wilson James LLP activities on the Sizewell C Project. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will provide leadership and direction to site-based operational teams, ensuring that all core site services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with client, project, and internal standards.



Based on-site, the Operations Manager will act as a senior point of contact for project leadership, client representatives, and key suppliers, providing assurance that operational processes support project objectives and evolving site demands. The role will oversee planning, resourcing, and performance of day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate records, robust controls, and consistent service delivery across all operational functions.



We are looking for someone with operational excellence by overseeing supplier performance, implementing process improvements, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality. Through strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and governance.

What we need from you:




CITB H&S test pass certificate for Manager and Professionals Previous experience in training or onboarding Use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word Previous experience of having coordinated onboarding or training Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations Presenting and training delivering skills Ability to work to a high level of detail Good at building relationships internally and externally Providing clear data relating to training to key stakeholders Construction experience

Site Specific Information




You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for vetting process in line with SZC protocols. You must be able to obtain the SZC pass.
