Jersey War Tunnels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of Jersey's most visited attraction. This senior, guest-facing role oversees site operations across the tunnels, retail, escape rooms & external areas, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, service and presentation. You will lead, motivate teams, manage facilities and maintenance, support financial controls, and work closely with the General Manager to deliver projects that enhance the visitor experience. The role also supports technology, innovation and digital engagement. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong people skills, operational management experience and a passion for creating outstanding visitor experiences.
