Procon 247 Ltd is currently expanding, and we are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to drive our different departments toward growth and development. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic business where you will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

The Role:

Acting as the bridge between daily operations and senior management, you will ensure the business runs efficiently, profitably, and compliantly. You will handle everything from fleet compliance to strategic planning.

Your Duties:

Fleet & Logistics:

Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle/driver compliance and liaising with shipping for smooth delivery schedules.

Crisis Management:

Rapidly solve day-to-day issues such as vehicle breakdowns, material delays, and logistical bottlenecks.

Strategy & Finance:

Work closely with Finance to improve profitability and support the BDM/Marketing teams in executing growth strategies.

Technical Quality:

Oversee technical functions and quality control (supported by consultants).

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

Proven track record in Logistics/Operations management.

Industry Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of

Concrete

is preferred.

Leadership:

Strong history of managing teams with a "can-do" attitude.

Style:

Willing to be strategic but also hands-on when the situation requires it.
