Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Operations Manager to work within the TCi management team at Sizewell C.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead on all project related Supply and Operations*
Lead, direct and manage service and business operations across the project*
Contribute toward the achievement of TCi's strategic and operational objectives*
Production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets*
Recruitment and management of staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators*
Management and monitoring of budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances*
Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies*
Ensure that all jobs are dealt with in a cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements*
Perform quality controls and monitor KPI's*
Responsible for managing HS&E across all operations under direct control*
Responsible for management of associated project warehousing and stock*

Requirements:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager*
Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management*
Project management skills*
Strong leadership and team management abilities*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills*
Proficiency in project management software*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation*
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines*
Full UK Driving Licence*
Ability to pass D&A Testing and BPSS Vetting*
Right to work in the UK*
