Operations Manager

to join our Ops team.


You'll take responsibility for managing, scheduling, and optimising resource across the agency. Working closely with our Operations Director to balance our team happiness, commercial success, and quality of work through sound decision-making.


You'll also be working to effectively deliver our time operations, through brilliant hygiene and accuracy.


This role is perfect for someone with a brilliantly operational mind, great commercial awareness and most importantly a passion for people.





? What you'll be doing:



+ Resource Management: working with the Operations team as the central point for all agency resource management and planning in response to project plans and growth requests, in our agency software, Productive + Allocation: ensuring the right skill set & experience is matched and allocated to each brief and scope of work, with a consciousness for cost, and ensuring our gross margin targets are met
+ Data Accuracy: Ensuring our scheduled operational data in Productive is accurate and managed efficiently, meeting best practices
+ Freelance Management: Manage the processes & briefing of our freelance network, to help scale the agency's commercial capabilities, collaborating with the talent acquisition & network managers to do so
+ Monitoring, Measurement & Reporting: providing regular reports on our key time metrics, freelance usage and scheduling accuracy, drawing insights and supporting impactful change
+ Delivering Time Operations: Working with our Ops Director to ensure our time operations unlock commercial performance through brilliant hygiene, accuracy and commercial awareness
+ Effective Processes: driving efficiency in our operational processes to enable accurate measurement of our time and management of our scopes of work

Who we're looking for:



You've got 2+ years of experience working in a similar operational role (preferably in an agency) A brilliant communicator with a collaborative mindset; you understand the diplomacy, empathy & tact needed in this role Organised, agile with an eye for detail; you'll be able to work at a fast pace and keep our data up-to-date A problem-solver who wants to take ownership and implement new processes to drive improvements across the agency Good understanding and comfort working with various software, with good Excel skills Real drive and ambition: we're a growing team and have ambitious plans, so we're looking for someone who wants to help shape our business operations over the next few years
