Job Description

People are at the heart of everything we do, so a dedicated Operations Manager is really important to us. As our Operations Manager you will work closely with our full team (based in the UK, Cyprus, Ukraine and Philippines), including key stakeholders and senior management. This is a very fast paced role, requiring a super-efficient people person.

What you will need:

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, minimum 7 years Relevant experience with HR/people matters, advantageous if experience has been gained within the property/construction sector Ambition to professionally develop, with a matched passion for doing what is necessary for business improvement Experience of taking a complex or open-ended problem to find a solution High standard of output and always considering the full picture Ability to develop a consistent approach to business cases and reporting management information, allowing the business to capture lessons learnt for future changes Ability to challenge existing thinking with an analytical mindset in problem solving Agile in approach Confident in communicating at all levels Solid understanding of business principles Working to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise workload effectively Proactive self-motivating skill set
What you will be doing:

Design, implement, and track business operations strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure our business remains in a position to be agile in an evolving marketplace Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies where required, collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures Instruct reports and evaluate business performance through analysing and interpreting data and metrics, inclusive of setting appropriate KPIs Challenging and advocating stakeholder decisions - 'can it work' Oversee daily operations of the different businesses, ensuring each business is performing successfully both operationally and financially, with teams committed and delivering - taking a management lead where necessary to aid improvement Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and work closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, being available for support and guidance at all times Guide teams from an overview standpoint in connection with task allocations by partners, providing the 'detail' to ensure staff are equipped to deal with projects efficiently and effectively Review meeting trackers that identify missed deadlines and connected issues, ensuring these are flagged prior to the meeting and helping to resolve, thus improving productivity for all Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants Review and identify issues with company reports, determining problems both through creation and results Company systems and processes are streamlined, understood by all, and importantly can be understood by new team members (mitigating the risk of a changing workforce) Manage the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire human resources function: benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning Support senior stakeholders on all legal matters

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
