We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to overhaul key processes of the company. Acting as the bridge between production, sales and fulfilment departments, this role is key to the success of daily operations, relating to multiple creative ventures across both our UK sites.

Responsibilities:
Supply-chain focused, you will report directly to the Company Directors in order to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments

Be responsible for all stages and processes relating to the timely and efficient delivery of our design-led products to B2B & B2C Customers to 90+ countries

Be responsible for overseeing the integration and management of our products across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon & Faire

Be responsible for our Yorkshire warehouse and distribution centre, visiting monthly to ensure continuity between sites; being on hand to implement upgrades in our systems, fulfilment and shipping procedures as needed

Coordinate and drive KPI's across departments and the two company sites to ensure operational efficiency, streamline processes and optimise resource allocation

Be responsible for the premises and property management of both sites

Coordinate stock management from goods in to dispatch - regularly analysing allocations per customer and various sales channels working closely with Sales & Production teams to overcome any shortfalls

Be responsible for the in-house management of our CRM database, liaising with external providers to optimise functionality & troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Be responsible for coordinating and liaising with our IT provider and support systems, negotiating contracts as needed

Lead by example in managing our small team of young, dynamic and highly capable staff by encouraging the development of skill sets, and creating an environment where people are empowered to drive the business forward

Love to multitask - the creative, entrepreneurial nature of the business dictates a need to be quick to adapt and evolve in order to optimise commercial opportunities

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role with demonstrable management experience, both of projects & teams
- Strong commercial acumen, numerate and with the ability and skills to negotiate complex agreements to deliver the best possible position
- Proven experience with logistics, particularly with export of goods to the EU and USA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - a natural at leading by example and managing others
- Ability to comfortably balance strategic forecasting with the day-to-day challenges of running a multi-faceted business
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook & knowledge of databases including CRM.

Salary: between 50,000-60,000 DOE.
