Operations Manager
Job Description
We're looking for an Operational Lead to manage our automated dispensing robot at our pharmacy.
The person will be responsible for overseeing the robot's daily operations, managing stock levels, coordinating workflow, and meeting delivery targets.
Requirement: Have strong operational management skills and enjoy working with technology and systems. Previous experience in operational leadership would be preferred but no prior pharmacy experience is required.
There's also a career progression pathway to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT), with comprehensive training provided.

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
