Eaten Alive is the UKs premier producer of raw fermented foods, supplying products like kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles and chili sauce to restaurants, businesses and private customers across the country. Our fast growing business is a vibrant and friendly place to work, with a daily staff meal and newly finished amenity area.

We need an Operations Manager to join the team at our base in Battersea, managing the operations, planning, procurement and performance of our small but busy manufacturing

Good experience managing food or drink business production and warehouse with an understanding of traceability and food standards is required. A team driven approach with strong sense of

Experience leading, motivating and coaching a team Ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input Service lead customer-centric approach Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
We're looking for and energetic candidate with a history of system and procedure implementation, along side a proactive and creative approach to problem solving.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday, roughly from 08.00-17.00. We provide a simple vegetarian lunch everyday and regular staff perks from pizza parties to free pickles and hot sauce.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-42,500.00 per year
