Operations Manager
to oversee multiple sites across London and the South, driving standards, performance, and growth for this bold, fast-moving QSR concept.What's on Offer

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in QSR or fast casual Background in chicken, burger, or fast-food brands (chicken preferred) Proven track record in P&L, labour, and performance management Hands-on leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results Based within one hour of London, with flexibility to travel regionally
The Role
Lead and support General Managers across multiple sites Drive operational excellence and brand consistency Deliver strong commercial results through smart cost control and sales growth Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Support new store openings and regional rollout plans
