We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office/ Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and effective operations by managing administrative tasks and providing support to our customers and contractors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency.
To be paid - as self employed.
Must have own computer equipment.
Must be able to start at 8am and finish at 5pm.
One hour break.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members.
Handle clerical duties such as organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Support financial operations using for invoicing and expense tracking.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve organisational workflows.
To communicate quickly to incoming enquiries and schedule appointments and jobs for our contractors to serve our customers.
To drive sales with customers and fully book our diaries.
Update company online profiles and always have sales in mind
Experience
Proven experience in Office management/Operations and administration is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite and Xero.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
Familiarity with data entry procedures and attention to detail is crucial.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is highly valued.
