Banh Mi Bay, a leading Vietnamese restaurant group renowned for its fresh flavours, vibrant atmosphere, and dedication to authentic cuisine, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our business.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurants. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing new systems, operational efficiency, team leadership, and maintaining our high standards of food quality and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a difference and shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across all Banh Mi Bay locations

Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff

Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies

Monitor and drive performance targets, including sales, profit, and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

About You

Proven experience in a management or operations role within the hospitality sector

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Financial acumen

Passion for outstanding customer service and high standards

Adaptable, driven, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is desirable but not essential

What We Offer

30,000 increasing to 35,000 over 6 months.
