Key Responsibilities
Operational Lead, you will ensure the smooth running of the building each day with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience, you will oversee the full guest journey from arrival to departure and ensure service standards are upheld at all times.
Property Management, you will complete regular building checks, manage maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all areas are consistently presented to a high standard.
Team Oversight, you will manage cleaning teams, maintenance contractors, and external service providers.
First Point of Contact, you will handle on site issues in real time and always resolve them in a professional manner.
Inventory Management, you will ensure apartments are fully stocked and operationally ready for guests.
Compliance and Safety, you will uphold health and safety procedures including fire safety checks and any required building protocols.
Reporting, you will monitor building performance, escalate issues, and keep senior management updated on operations and opportunities to improve.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in operations, or hospitality management, ideally within serviced apartments and/or hotels
Confident in managing a site independently and able to handle a wide range of issues day to day.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management.
Clear and confident communicator with a guest-first mindset.
Comfortable using property management systems and standard digital tools such as Mews, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Practical and proactive approach with the ability to fix issues or coordinate the right contractors quickly.
Experience working with cleaning and maintenance teams.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
