Infopro Digital is recruiting for a talented, highly ambitious, experienced Operations Manager to lead the UK professional operations business administration and customer services environment to sit within Infopro Digital's Automotive division. What the role involves



Create a transparent, collaborative culture and operating environment between the Business Administration & CS teams, and the wider UK Commercial Environment, that maximizes client success and revenue growth. Being process orientated whilst being commercially aware and having a customer first attitude. Oversees the daily operations of the business administration and customer services environment ensuring efficiency, productivity, and provision of effective customer support across all product lines, for both our clients and internal stakeholders. Responsible for managing resources, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to meet business objectives and customer objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of business operations and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities & duties



Leadership - Manage and lead one single / combined Business Administration & Customer Support Team, supporting the commercial environment and clients across all product disciplines. Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects, including production, logistics, and service delivery. Resource management: Managing budgets, personnel, and other resources effectively. Process optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in workflow, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Quality control: Implementing and maintaining quality standards for products and services. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant health, safety, and legal regulations. Strategic planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies. Team management: Leading, motivating, and developing teams to maximize performance. Reporting and analysis: Preparing reports on operational performance and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvements

Requirements



You must have previous leadership and management skills, demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a highly functional customer services environment. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent English communication (verbal and written) High level of computer literacy Outstanding customer relationship skills First class planning, organisational and administrative skills Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
