We are seeking to employ someone with a clear understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and ideally you will have previous experience of working as a head housekeeper within a hotel.
Due to the travel requirements of the role, the ideal person is likely to live in Greater Manchester. The role will predominantly be based in the Manchester and surrounding areas but due to the rapid growing success of Lime FMS, the geographics of the role may change as you progress with us (hence the mention of The Midlands as a potential area you may cover in the near future).

Lime FMS is a vibrant company providing outsourced housekeeping services to the hotel industry. The company works with a number of key clients across the country delivering quality services.
What are we looking for?
Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are now seeking to employ an Operations Manager, to manage a variety of sites.
You will be based from home but travelling three to four days per week to be on site.
About you...
You have a clear and demonstrable understanding of how a housekeeping department within a hotel operates and you are happy to manage and support a number of staff within this department
You will be currently in a similar role working in a multi-site environment, ideally in hotels
You have experience/understand the entire process within a Housekeeping department
You have demonstrable team management and leadership skills
You have an understanding of budgets
You are willing to travel and hold a full clean driving licence
Have successfully managed projects

and to work weekends when necessary, depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
