Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent Operations manager, specifically with a background in New build Roofing (Tile) on behalf of a leading new build insulation & Solar contractor. As this is a new division for them and they already have solid relationships with new build housing contractors, You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the roofing division. As contracts are awarded, a team will be built around you to ensure you are supported in running the new division. This opportunity would suit someone ready for a challenge, preferably coming with your own contacts within the new build housing world and having a deep understanding of pitched roofing, along with previous successful management of a division.

About You

Previous work experience, running a team successfully within new build pitched roofing Management experience is essential - Proven background in a management role, within the new build pitched roofing sector. SMSTS Own contacts/previous relationships with new build housing contractors Knowledge of Various pitched roofing systems. Prior experience within this sector is essential Works well within a team, able to lead successfully

About the Job

New division, within an existing leading contractor, within the new build housing sector. Hybrid role, options for office are - Leicester or Sheffield, although as a business, they cover the UK-wide. The role will be based between home, office and field. 60-65k basic, bonus scheme will be offered, Car or car allowance An oppourtunity to head up a division and be a key person in building a strong team around you.
