We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable operations manager with aspirations to make an impact in a business that is innovative and rapidly growing.

The strategic board is highly motivated to invest the time and energy to see business improvements throughout all operational activities and we are looking for a leader with the creative ability to see the end-to-end process and refine where necessary so that the customer experience is perfected.

Ultimately, we see the role as critical to the future of WASHCO as we integrate new technologies and search for ultimate efficiency, we will undergo strategic change to meet the challenges and it is expected that your role will grow parallel to the business.

What does the role include?

Leadership. You will lead and inspire a small team of enthusiastic individuals. Strategy. Introduce, support, and elevate ideas. Change. We will be pushing boundaries and setting new standards. Budgetary control and/or influence.
