Brief Outline of Job:
Lead and manage the Operational team as a whole including Production, Warehouse and Stock control to deliver an effective and efficient operation against daily and weekly targets and plans.
Ensure quality and health & safety standards are achieved and maintained. Ensure that all teams are trained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety Procedures.
Key responsibilities:
To ensure that Planning, Accuracy & Quality is at the forefront of all resource and operational activities to ensure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver maximum efficiency within the operation.
Production planning to be at the forefront of the operational planning ensuring a least cost strategy.
Ensure all procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and assist the auditor with internal audits and implement all recommendations as required.
Lead and manage the department Supervisors and Managers to deliver a quality focused, effective, efficient Operation on a day to day basis.
Deliver KPI's including Cost, Performance, Accuracy and Safety.
