Keystone Group: All Trades One Place is a fast growing property services company undertaking a range of works from general maintenance and repair through to full scale building and renovation projects. We have an increasing number of projects ongoing across private and social housing clients, as well as general repairs and maintenance contracts.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader within trade based services to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will include taking responsibility for responding to new customer enquiries, surveying, estimating and project management. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in delivering quality, high attention to detail and be able to lead a team to complete work to satisfaction, to budget and on time. Our work is carried out across the midlands, from Leicester down to Luton and everywhere in between, so a preparedness and ability to travel is essential.

Main Duties

Liaising with customers incl. new sales enquiries Planning, designing and estimating prospective works Fault finding and providing fully costed repairs solutions Ordering materials and stock for the time efficient delivery of projects Managing a team of tradespeople to deliver to specification Provide operational cover for staff in emergencies or short notice absence Quality assurance audits Effective and professional liaison with clients incl. attendance at contract review

and Traits

Wide range of trades experience including general building, plumbing and carpentry IT literate, able to use a range of back office software including excel and outlook Able to present effectively both verbally and in writing Able to accurately survey and price jobs to the required margins An effective leader, able to inspire and motivate others including leading by example Present a positive disposition and effective in problem solving Financially literate and able to maximise value for money
