About the Role







In this cross-functional role, you'll be central to delivering operational excellence--breaking down silos, leveraging automation and AI, and managing key vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:



Manage the global logistics and supply chain strategy Drive business-wide operational efficiencies using data and automation Manage and track operational KPIs and cost performance against P&L targets Partner with finance to manage cash flow and budgeting for stock Lead and influence strategic business transformation projects





What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in operations or business performance roles Track record of managing vendor/partner relationships across regions Experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI tools) Confident project leader with an ability to influence stakeholders Familiarity with automation and AI in operations is a bonus
