Are you ready to lead operational excellence in the fast-evolving world of renewable energy? We're looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

in a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee site supervision and resourcing across our offshore and onshore projects. This is a pivotal role supporting consultant mobilisation, project delivery, and business development.

What you'll be doing

You'll take full ownership of offshore personnel project management, including:

Managing contracts, documentation, and project setup Overseeing consultant rotations, crew changes, and travel logistics Leading bids and tenders to support new business growth Coordinating with finance on invoicing and forecasts Supervising personnel coordinators and supporting recruitment Ensuring compliance with QHSE policies across all operations

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and project documentation Lead financial reporting and invoice approvals across business entities Drive consultant resourcing aligned with client needs Contribute to departmental strategy and process improvement Promote and ensure adherence to QHSE standards

What we are looking for

Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline Proven leadership in team and project management Experience in resourcing/recruitment for fixed-term consultant contracts Strong understanding of marine personnel logistics Demonstrated success in bid/tender preparation Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication, organisation, and time management
