Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams across multiple sites, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.

Operations include groundworks, civils, paving, surface patch repairs, drainage & tarmacadam installations & resurfacing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance operations across client sites Manage, train, and support a team of technicians and subcontractors Ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual SLAs, health & safety regulations, and quality standards Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, and reporting Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and client retention Assist in tendering, contract mobilization, and strategic planning

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations or facilities management, ideally in a maintenance or technical services environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and resource planning Proficient with maintenance software systems and reporting tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
