About the Role:



As a Management Skills Coach, you'll support apprentices on the Team Leader Level 3 and Operations Manager Level 5 programmes, helping them grow into confident, capable leaders.

You'll:

Deliver inspiring one-to-one coaching sessions and engaging group workshops

Guide apprentices through their development journey, from induction to End Point Assessment

Use your real-world leadership experience to contextualise learning and bring theory to life

Support learners with portfolio development, goal setting, and career progression

What You'll Bring:



Strong background in people management or operational leadership--Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience preferred

Passion for developing others and a commitment to high standards

Excellent communication, mentoring and feedback skills

Confidence to facilitate learning both remotely and face-to-face
(Teaching or assessing experience is a plus, but if you're new to education, we'll provide full training.)

About the Role (in detail):



At SR Apprenticeships, we're proud to work with over 130 forward-thinking employers across the UK, supporting their workforce development. As part of our growing Apprenticeship Delivery team, your role as a Management Tutor will include:

Managing a caseload of Level 3 and Level 5 apprentices, helping them achieve their qualifications and professional goals

Delivering structured learning through a mix of virtual workshops and in-person sessions

Conducting 12-weekly reviews with learners and their line managers

Supporting apprentices to build strong portfolios and prepare for End Point Assessments

Addressing barriers to learning and providing tailored advice, guidance and encouragement

Upholding best practice in Safeguarding, Prevent, EDI and Health & Safety

This is a

hybrid role

, with remote working and occasional travel to meet learners or attend team events.

What We're Looking For:



A relevant management qualification at Level 5 or equivalent occupational experience

Assessor Qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 etc.) - or willingness to work towards

Teaching qualification (PTLLS or above) desirable but not essential

Experience working in a management or supervisory role

Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
